Terms and Conditions

Admission & Application Policy
1.1 Candidates must fill the Application Form carefully with accurate and complete information.
1.2 Any incorrect, false, or misleading information may result in cancellation of admission at any stage without prior notice.
1.3 The Institute reserves the right to verify documents and credentials submitted by the candidate.
1.4 Admission once confirmed shall be final. Change of course, batch transfer, or program modification shall be permitted only at the sole discretion of the Institute management.

Fee Payment & Refund Policy
2.1 All fees paid to the Institute are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be adjusted against any other course or future batch under any circumstances.
2.2 Fee receipt shall be valid only after realization of cheque/Demand Draft/online payment.
2.3 Candidates opting for Installment payment must comply with Installment agreement terms.
2.4 Late fee submission shall attract penalties as per institutional policy.
2.5 Any increase in Government taxes, statutory charges, or applicable levies shall be borne by the candidate from the date of implementation.

Attendance & Discipline Policy
3.1 Minimum 75% attendance is mandatory to appear in examinations.
3.2 Students arriving more than 5 minutes late may be denied entry or fined as per institutional rules.
3.3 Students must maintain professional conduct, discipline, and respectful behaviour within campus and during Institute activities.
3.4 Any misconduct, indiscipline, violence, harassment, discrimination, irregular attendance, or inappropriate behaviour may lead to suspension or expulsion.
3.5 Decision of the Director/Management shall be final and binding. No fee refund shall be applicable in such cases.

Academic Delivery & Course Validity
4.1 Course validity shall remain effective only up to the official course duration and expiry date.
4.2 Institute shall not be liable to provide extra classes due to absenteeism or personal reasons of the candidate.
4.3 Leave must be informed in advance. Missed sessions shall not be compensated with additional classes.
4.4 Course extension beyond expiry shall be chargeable and subject to management approval.
4.5 Practical sessions, workshops, and industry exposure are subject to availability and selected course package.

Practical Exposure & External Activities
5.1 Travel, food, accommodation, and personal expenses during practical exposure or events shall be borne by the candidate.
5.2 Institute shall not be responsible for candidates during external activities, travel, or off-campus engagements.
5.3 Institute reserves the right to withdraw practical exposure opportunities in case of misconduct, non-payment, low attendance, or unauthorized absence.

Examination & Certification Policy
6.1 Eligibility to appear in examinations requires:

  • Minimum 75% attendance
  • Fee clearance NOC
  • Submission of Five (5) Project Assessment and Compliance with academic and disciplinary requirements

6.2 Candidates must successfully pass the examination to receive Certificate / Diploma / Degree.
6.3 Certification shall be issued only after completion of all academic requirements, project submissions, internship obligations, and financial clearance.

Internship Policy
7.1 Internship participation shall be a mandatory academic component wherever applicable.
7.2 Completion of internship requirements is compulsory for eligibility toward placement assistance.

Placement Assistance Policy
8.1 Institute provides placement assistance only and does not guarantee employment, salary package, designation, or job tenure.
8.2 Placement assistance is subject to availability of opportunities, candidate performance, course completion, internship completion, and full fee clearance.
8.3 Internship/Placement process may begin only after completion of 80% course tenure.
8.4 Age Eligibility for Placement Assistance: Candidate must be below 30 years at the time of placement registration.

Media Consent & Promotional Rights
9.1 The Institute reserves the right to use student photographs, videos, testimonials, project work, and participation records for academic, promotional, branding, and marketing purposes without additional consent or compensation.

Institute Property & Intellectual Rights
10.1 All study materials, curriculum, training modules, event concepts, and academic content remain the intellectual property of the Institute.
10.2 Reproduction, recording, distribution, or sharing of institutional content without written permission is strictly prohibited.

Campus Rules & Identification
11.1 Students must carry valid Institute ID Card during campus visits, examinations, and official activities.
11.2 Violation of campus regulations may result in disciplinary action.

Code of Conduct & Anti-Harassment Policy
12.1 Any form of harassment, discrimination, intimidation, or inappropriate conduct toward faculty, staff, or fellow students shall lead to strict disciplinary action including termination.

Force Majeure Clause
13.1 The Institute shall not be held liable for delay, suspension, or modification of academic activities due to natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, political disturbances, or circumstances beyond institutional control.

Institutional Authority & Policy Updates
14.1 General policies related to attendance, admission procedures, academics, practical training, internship, and placements published on the official website shall remain applicable.
14.2 Institute reserves the right to modify or update policies at any time without prior notice under institutional authority.

Jurisdiction & Dispute Resolution
15.1 Decision of the Managing Director/Management shall be final and binding on students, faculty members, and associates.
15.2 All disputes shall be subject to Delhi Jurisdiction only.

  • There is Extra charge will be applied on the monthly paying facility (Installments) like interest Rate and installment processing fees as per mentioned.
  • Packages can be converted in installments only on the basis of payment security method through the ECS/E-NACH/Post dated cheques (PDC) of all Installments. Institute is liable to temporarily avoid from the services if the cheques will not be submitted within 15 days of admission.
  • The entire installment will be recurring through the default ECS/E-NACH/AutoPay with (Razorpay Payment Gateway only) process. The PDC Cheque process will be considered as secondary options. Installments cannot be made in cash/in hand recurring method.
  • Provision to pay installment of fees within the due date. If anyone couldn’t pay within the due date or some genuine circumstances or may be on holiday on due date. In such cases institute will be given two more days for paying fees without fine/penalty with suitable and available payment
  • If any student/Candidate would not be paying their fees till the due date and Extension time. Institute has liable to charge penalty or fine on the nominal charges of Rs. 50.00 + 18% GST= Rs. 59 per day per
  • If any candidate/parents/guardians wants to stop fining on their dues. They have to pay at least 70% of their pending principal amount. This provision of services can be valid before started recovering
  • If in case of Payment through cheque after the due date
    • Penalty and fine charges applied till the cheque
    • Payment receipt will be generated after the cheque cashed
  • If in few circumstances, If Cheque has been found dishonored/Bounce from any reason like alteration, insufficient funds etc. the Penalty/fine has applied till the candidate paid the due amount through any other confirmed payment options and in same case institute will charge Cheque dishonored charges Rs. 500 + 18%GST= Rs. 590 per cheque or as per the bank
  • Action in case of Non-Payment of Installment/Payments
    • After 10 days from due date: Institute is liable to issue first non-payment Notice to Students/Parents/Guardians with or without terminating of services (Under the knowledge of owner and terms with payer). In this case, Candidate/Parents/Guardian have to be cleared with all due Fees including penalty and charges (If applicable) as per comfort with cash/DD/Net-banking/other Instant Confirmation Payment mode only.
    • After 20 days from due date: Institute is liable to issue Third non-payment Notice to Students/Parents/Guardians with terminating from the given services (under the knowledge of owner). In this case, Candidate/Parents/Guardian has to pay the entire kind of due amount including all penalty and charges as per comfort with cash/DD/Net-banking/other Instant Confirmation Payment mode only.
    • In case of Non-Payment after 28 days from the due date: Institute will issue a suspension letter in the name of candidate/parents/guardians. This suspension has a validity of 10 days. If payment is not found within this time period. Institutes can permanently terminate the candidate from the services and take legal action on him/her.

Note

  • Each and Every Notice has a due date after 5 days from the date of issues. If the payment is not done within the due time. The institute will start the next notice or procedure to take a strict action against the candidate.
  • In the above procedure, Institute will not be responsible for terminating or reducing of services as per Payment recovery
  • No legal procedure can be made in against institute for payments in between recovering payment time
  • Permanently Terminated candidate can recover his/her package with re- admission fees of Rs. 5,000/- per candidate within next two months from the date of issue of termination letter. After that he has to restart his package from
  • If any candidate cannot be paying the complete package amount within the duration of the selected course. In such a case, the institute is liable to stop that candidate from attending the classes, annual internal exam and to stop that candidate from providing certificate and placements (Both).
  • Terms and conditions belong to future crises like Medical Emergency (i.e. covid-19), Lockdown, during wars, in timing of natural disasters (i.e. earthquake, flood etc.)
    • Interest/Late fees/penalty will not be charged during these crisis timings.
    • You should have to pay at least 50% of the Installment amount during the time of any crisis. Balanced amount of installments will be adjusted in further months.
    • The last decision will be taken by institute management as per time of situation.
